What is Caveman?
Caveman is a high intensity, outdoor session that includes exercises like tyre flipping, sled dragging, sledge hammering and more. It really is the best all round multi-functional training you can get !!
What is Spinning?
Spinning is a tough, fun and exciting bike based aerobic workout done to music. It is a great class for helping you to really push yourself to your potential, and ideal for all fitness levels.

The fitness industry, like any other has its own "buzz" words which come and go with the seasons. A current buzz word is "Bootcamps". A Bootcamp is an outdoor training session, held in all weathers with very little equipment, generally by novice instructors who are building up their knowledge at the expense of the clients. Cheap and cheerfull they are not, modern franchises require clients to pay upto £60 per month by Direct Debit which will allow them to have upto 3 sessions per week. WOW!
For only 2/3's of that, you can join The Oaks Gym, use it every single day, pay by Standing Order, not Direct Debit, attend unlimited classes per week and still have year round, outdoor training, under cover run by highly experienced Personal Trainers that have access to brilliant equipment. Currently, 3 sessions per week with more to follow. All that and you can have a shower afterwards!!
