What is Aerobatone?
A non-stop, hour long fitness class that combines the breathing of Yoga, the core muscles of Pilates and the fat-burning of Aerobics. With Cardio Blast achieve total body fitness in a very short time.

What is Caveman?
Caveman is a high intensity, outdoor session that includes exercises like tyre flipping, sled dragging, sledge hammering and more. It really is the best all round multi-functional training you can get !!

What is Spinning?
Spinning is a tough, fun and exciting bike based aerobic workout done to music. It is a great class for helping you to really push yourself to your potential, and ideal for all fitness levels.
